We measure and report our performance against annual performance objectives and targets, and seek to continually improve our CR performance through our Core Values of Respect, Relationships and Responsibility.

We also set annual business performance objectives and targets, and measure and report our performance against these, as well as the risks associated with the delivery of our business objectives and the efficacy of our internal controls. We seek to continually improve our performance in all areas.
